Regorafenib is a medication that targets multiple kinase enzymes. It’s used to treat metastatic colorectal cancer, GIST, and HCC. It focuses on a bunch of kinase enzymes, like VEGFR and TIE2.
They come in 40 mg tablets with a film coating. You’re supposed to take 160 mg of it once a day, non-stop for 21 days out of every 28 days. There are 84 tablets in each bottle.
