Capivasertib is an AKT inhibitor used in the treatment of HR /HER2breast cancer, particularly in patients with PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN genetic alterations. It blocks this AKT signaling thing, which is super important for cancer cell growth. You can get this drug in two doses – 200 mg and 400 mg pills.
You should take 400 mg twice a day for four days, then take a break for three days. Each pack has 64 tablets. That’s enough for a two-week supply when you follow the suggested dose.
