Erdafitinib is an inhibitor that’s used to treat metastatic urothelial carcinoma, especially when there are FGFR2/3 alterations. It works by blocking FGFR signaling. The tablet comes in three doses—3 mg, 4 mg, or 5 mg—and it’s coated with a film.
You’re supposed to take 8 mg once a day, but you can go up to 9 mg if you need to. You can get this stuff in bottles with 56 tablets in each.
