Ribociclib is a pill that specifically blocks two types of enzymes, CDK4 and CDK6. It’s a medicine that helps fight certain kinds of breast cancer that have hormone receptors but not the HER2 protein. Ribociclib is part of a group of drugs called kinase inhibitors.

The main ingredient in this drug is ribociclib, and it comes in coated tablets. Each tablet has 200 mg of the active stuff. You take ribociclib by mouth.
