Ibrutinib is a BTK inhibitor. It targets Bruton’s tyrosine kinase, a key player in cancer cell growth and survival. It’s meant to treat Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, and Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia.
You can take it as capsules or tablets. The usual dose is between 420 and 560 mg, taken just once a day. Each capsule has 140 mg of ibrutinib in it.
These come in bottles with 90 tablets each. It works by blocking BTK signals, which messes with cancer cell growth and survival. It’s also good because it’s easy to take and works well in your body.
