Belumosudil is a ROCK2 inhibitor. It’s a med specifically meant for treating chronic graft-versus-host disease. Belumosudil’s main job is to cut down on swelling and fibrosis.
It’s available as 200 mg film-coated tablets. The suggested dose for cGVHD is 200 mg once a day, and you’re supposed to take it with food. Belumosudil comes in bottles with 30 tablets each.
You’re supposed to take Belumosudil regularly to handle the symptoms of cGVHD. Just keep it stored at the right temp so it stays potent. You should follow the treatment plan with a doc’s watch. And if you feel any bad effects, let them know right away!
