Mobocertinib is a EGFR inhibitor. It’s meant for treating Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, more specifically in folks with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations. How it works is, it zeroes in on the EGFR receptor to keep tumor growth in check.
It comes in 40 mg pill form. You’re supposed to take 160 mg a day. It’s fine if you have it with food or not.
