Momelotinib is a JAK inhibitor. It’s used to treat myelofibrosis with anemia. It works by shrinking the spleen and cutting down on the inflammation that comes with the condition.
You can get it in 100 mg and 200 mg tablets. The usual dose is 200 mg, taken every day. Each bottle has 30 tablets.
