Dabrafenib is a BRAF inhibitor. It’s used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It works by stopping the BRAF kinase from doing its thing.
You can get the drug as capsules in 50 mg and 75 mg doses. The usual dose is 150 mg, twice a day, best on an empty stomach. Each bottle has 120 capsules.
