Binimetinib is a MEK inhibitor. It’s used with encorafenib to treat BRAF V600E/K melanoma. You can get it in 15 mg tablets.
The usual dose is 45 mg, taken two times a day. They come in bottles with 84 tablets. The main stuff in it stops MEK signaling, which is super important for melanoma cell growth.
You should take it with food, and make sure to swallow it whole. You gotta stick to the dose your doc tells you, and don’t change it up without talking to them first.
