Ivosidenib is an inhibitor that goes after the IDH1 gene. This gene is often linked to tough cases of acute myeloid leukemia, like when it comes back or doesn’t respond to treatment. The tablets are covered with a film, and each one has 250 mg in it.
You’re supposed to take 500 mg once a day for AML that comes back or doesn’t respond and has the IDH1 mutation, and you take it by mouth. Each bottle has 60 of these tablets.
