Vemurafenib is used to treat melanoma with a BRAF V600E mutation. It’s a BRAF inhibitor, by the way. It works by blocking BRAF signaling.
The drug comes in tablets covered with a film and each one has 240 mg. You’re supposed to take 960 mg of the stuff twice a day—eat it with or without food. These tablets come in bottles and each bottle has 112 of them.
You should take these tablets every 12 hours.
