So, entrectinib is this TRK/ROS1/ALK inhibitor thing, and it’s for dealing with those tumors that have NTRK-fusion and ROS1-positive lung cancer. Well, it kind of works by blocking a bunch of kinases, you know, those things that help cancer grow and spread. You’re supposed to take the 600 mg dose once a day—food’s not a big deal, though, you can take it with or without food.
These capsules come in two sizes—100 mg and 200 mg. And the bottle holds 30 of them.
