Repotrectinib is a multi-kinase inhibitor, made to tackle ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer and cancers with NTRK fusion genes. It comes in a 40 mg capsule, taken by mouth.
You start with 160 mg once a day for the first two weeks, then you keep it up at 160 mg, but you take it twice a day. Each bottle has 60 capsules in it.
