Sotripentol is mostly used for treating Dravet syndrome, usually with other treatments. It works by boosting how GABA works, which helps control seizures. You can get the drug in two different strengths: 250 mg or 500 mg in a capsule.
The typical dose is 50 mg for every kilogram you weigh, spread out through the day. Each bottle comes with 60 capsules.
