Sunitinib’s a multi-targeted kinase inhibitor used primarily for treating RCC, GIST, and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. This blocks off VEGFR, PDGFR, and other kinase functions. You got the option of a 12.5, 25, or 50 milligram capsule.
So, the usual dosing is 50 mg every day, for 4 weeks out of every 6 weeks. It comes in bottles with 28 caps in each.
