Binimetinib is a type of MEK inhibitor. It’s used for treating melanoma when BRAF V600E/K mutations are present, often used with encorafenib. It stops the MEK signaling, which is important in the growth of melanoma cells.
The doc says to take it at 45 mg every day, twice a day. Each tablet has 15 mg of the main stuff. These tabs have a coating and come in a bottle with 84 of them.
