Pirtobrutinib is an inhibitor for BTK that’s mostly used for treating Mantle Cell Lymphoma and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. It works by going after the BTK signaling pathway. You can get this drug in tablets, coming in 50 mg and 100 mg doses.
Adults usually take 200 mg a day, just once. Each bottle holds 60 of these tablets.
