Selumetinib’s a MEK inhibitor, used to treat neurofibromatosis type 1 and its plexiform neurofibromas. It works by blocking that MEK signaling. You can get it in 10 and 25 mg caps.
You’re supposed to take 25 mg two times a day, on an empty stomach. Each bottle has got 60 capsules.
