It’s a BCL-2 inhibitor used to treat CLL and AML. It makes cancer cells self-destruct. You can get it in 10, 50, or 100 mg doses as film-coated pills.
For CLL, you usually start with a small amount and build up to 400 mg a day, taken with food. They come in bottles with 120 tabs each. This med is for grown-ups who’ve tried other treatments before.
And it’s been shown to help some CLL folks live longer and not get worse.
