Regorafenib is an oral med used to treat metastatic colorectal cancer, GIST, and HCC. It’s a multi-kinase inhibitor that targets VEGFR, Tie2, and a bunch of other kinases. You can get regorafenib in 40 mg tablet form, with a film coating.
For adults, the dose is usually 160 mg, taken every day for 21 days out of every 28-day cycle. Each bottle has 84 tablets, which is just enough for one full cycle. The plan is to get the most out of the drug while keeping side effects down by sticking to the dosing schedule and cycle length.
