So, ibrutinib’s a BTK inhibitor, used to treat MCL, CLL, and Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia. It’s available in 140 mg tablets or caps. They usually recommend taking it once a day, anywhere from 420 to 560 mg.
You’ll find ibrutinib in bottles that hold about 90 tablets each. It works by blocking that BTK stuff to mess with cancer cell growth and keep ’em from surviving.
