Trametinib is an MEK inhibitor. It’s used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It stops MEK signaling.
There are two doses for this drug: 0.5 mg and 2 mg. The usual dose is 2 mg, taken every day. You need to take it on an empty stomach.
The pills have a coating and they come in bottles with 30 pills each.
