Dabrafenib is a BRAF inhibitor. It’s used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It works by focusing on the BRAF kinase.
You can get it in two doses: 50 mg and 75 mg in capsules. The suggested amount is 150 mg, taken twice a day on an empty belly. Each bottle holds 120 capsules.
