Erdafitinib is a, specifically for those FGFR2/3 changes in urothelial carcinoma that spreads. It works by stopping that FGFR signaling in its tracks. You can get it in tablet forms with strengths of 3, 4, or 5 milligrams.
The usual dose is 8 milligrams a day, but you can bump it up to 9 if needed. Each bottle has 56 tablets in it.
