Sofosbuvir is an antiviral. It’s used to treat chronic hepatitis C. It’s a nucleotide polymerase inhibitor.
It zeroes in on the NS5B enzyme. The tablets are 400 mg and have a film coating. You usually take 400 mg a day.
Often, you’ll be on it with other antivirals. Sofosbuvir comes in bottles with 28 tablets each.
