Gilteritinib is an FLT3 inhibitor, used to treat AML that’s relapsed or not responding to treatment, particularly in cases where there are FLT3 mutations. It works by blocking FLT3 kinase, which in turn helps slow down the growth of leukemia cells. You can get Gilteritinib as 40 mg tablets with a coating.
The usual dose is 120 mg per day, and you take it by mouth. Each bottle has 90 tablets in it.
