So, dabrafenib is this BRAF inhibitor thingy that’s used to treat melanoma with the BRAF V600E/K-mutation and NSCLC. It goes after that BRAF kinase enzyme. You can get it in 50 or 75 mg pill doses.
The usual amount is 150 mg, taken twice daily on an empty tummy. Each bottle holds 120 of those capsules. You’re supposed to take these with some H2O, and you can eat or not eat at that time.
But, eating while taking them isn’t the best way to go for the best results.
