Dabrafenib is used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It’s an oral BRAF inhibitor that goes after the BRAF kinase. You take it two times a day at 150 mg, and they come in 50 mg or 75 mg doses.
Make sure to take the capsules on an empty stomach. Each bottle has 120 capsules. The doctor might change your dose depending on how your kidneys are doing and how your skin reacts.
