Elacestrant is a SERD, a type of drug. It’s used to treat breast cancer that’s ER and HER2-. It works by breaking down ER signals, which messes with how hormones make cancer cells grow.
You got two pill sizes: 86 mg and 345 mg. The 345 mg is what you’re supposed to take every day with some food. The pills are coated and you take them by mouth.
Each bottle of the 345 mg strength has 30 pills in it.
