Ibrutinib is a BTK inhibitor. It’s used to treat MCL, CLL, and Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia. It blocks BTK, which messes with cancer cell growth and survival.
You usually take it once a day, around 420 to 560 mg. The pills or capsules come in 140 mg doses. Each bottle has 90 of them.
