Abrocitinib is a JAK1 inhibitor, used to treat moderate to severe eczema. It’s made to tweak the immune system to help ease eczema symptoms. The drug comes in three doses: 50, 100, and 200 mg, all in the form of coated pills.
The usual dose for adults is 200 mg, taken every day. Each bottle holds 30 tablets. It works by blocking JAK1, a key player in lots of inflammation-related processes.
