Asciminib is a BCR-ABL inhibitor. It’s mainly used for treating CML that doesn’t respond to other treatments. It zeroes in on the ABL myristoyl pocket.
You’ve got two dosages of this drug, 20 mg and 40 mg, both in the form of film-coated tablets. The typical dosage is 80 mg once a day, but you could also take 40 mg twice a day if you prefer. The tablets come in bottles, each one has 60 of them.
