Pemigatinib is a type of inhibitor that helps with cholangiocarcinoma, especially in cases with FGFR2 fusions. It stops the FGFR signaling. You can get it in doses of 4.5 mg, 9 mg, or 13.5 mg.
The usual amount is 13.5 mg every day, for 14 days out of every 21-day period. Each bottle has 14 pills in it.
