Sunitinib is used to treat RCC, GIST, and pancreatic NET. It works by blocking several kinases like VEGFR and PDGFR. There are three different strengths of the tablets: 12.5 mg, 25 mg, and 50 mg.
The advice is to take 50 mg of the stuff every day for four weeks, then take a break for two weeks. That’s a six-week cycle. The pills come in bottles with 28 capsules per strength.
