Binimetinib is a MEK inhibitor. It’s mainly used for treating melanoma with BRAF V600E/K mutations, especially when taken with encorafenib. It works by blocking MEK signaling, which is a big deal in cancer cell growth.
You take it as 15 mg film-coated tabs, and you’re supposed to have 45 mg, twice a day. Each bottle has 84 tabs.
