This drug, Erlotinib, works by blocking EGFR in NSCLC and pancreatic cancer patients with certain EGFR mutations. It stops the EGFR signaling pathway. You can get the tablets in 3 sizes: 25 milligrams, 100 milligrams, and 150 milligrams, and they’re all covered with a film.
The usual is 150 milligrams, taken just once per day with nothing in your tummy. Each bottle comes with 30 pills.
