Erdafitinib blocks the Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor (FGFR). It’s used to treat advanced urothelial cancer when there are changes in the FGFR2/3. It’s meant to stop theFGFR signaling pathway.
That’s the one cancer cells use to grow and spread. Erdafitinib comes in tablets that are 3, 4, or 5 mg each. The suggested dose for adults is 8 mg, but sometimes it can go up to 9 mg if how your body reacts calls for it.
Each bottle has 56 tablets with a fixed amount of erdafitinib.
