This drug, Futibatinib, treats cholangiocarcinoma cancer when it’s connected to FGFR2 gene fusions. It’s what we call an FGFR inhibitor. It blocks that whole FGFR signaling process.
Futibatinib is in pill form, each tab is 4 milligrams. You take 20 milligrams of this once each day, like a routine. They come in bottles of 28 tablets, pretty standard stuff.
