Osimertinib inhibits the EGFR T790M mutation, and it’s often used for treating NSCLC. It works by focusing on certain EGFR mutations. You can get it in 40 and 80 mg doses, but 80 mg is the usual amount, taken every day.
You can take the pill with or without eating. Each bottle holds 30 of these coated tablets.
