Abrocitinib is a mouth tablet for treating cases of atopic dermatitis that are medium to really bad. It’s what we call a JAK1 inhibitor, a type of drug that changes how your immune system works. You’ve got three different dosages to choose from: 50, 100, or 200 milligrams.
Adults usually take the 200 mg one time every day, unless the doc tells you differently. These tablets are the film-coated kind and come in bottles with 30 tabs each.
