It’s a for tumors with NTRK-fusion and for ROS1-positive NSCLC. It’s part of the TRK/ROS1/ALK inhibitor group, and it blocks a bunch of kinases. You can get this in 100mg or 200mg caps.
The usual amount is 600mg, taken once a day, and it doesn’t matter if you’ve eaten. The pills come in bottles with 30 caps in each. It works by stopping TRK/ROS1/ALK fusion oncogenes, which are big players in tumor growth in some cancers.
You just take these with water, like you would with any other pill.
