Erdafitinib is a FGFR inhibitor. It’s made for treating advanced bladder cancer with FGFR2/3 changes. It works by stopping FGFR signals.
The drug comes in three strengths: 3 mg, 4 mg, or 5 mg, all in the form of coated pills. You usually take 8 mg a day, but it could be upped to 9 mg if needed. Each bottle holds 56 pills.
