Erdafitinib is an inhibitor. It’s used to treat advanced bladder cancer that has FGFR2/3 changes. It works by stopping the FGFR signaling.
You can get it in three strengths: 3 mg, 4 mg, and 5 mg tablets with a film coating. The usual dose is 8 mg, taken every day. You might also go up to 9 mg if you need to.
Each bottle has 56 tablets.
