Capmatinib is a special kind of medicine made to help with a certain type of lung cancer that has spread. It works by focusing on something called the MET kinase that’s really important for stopping cancer from growing. You can get it in two sizes: 150 mg and 200 mg tablets.
You’re supposed to take 400 mg each day, two times. That’s either one 150 mg and one 200 mg pill, or two 200 mg pills. The tablet can be taken with or without food and is packaged in bottles containing 60 tablets each.
