Asciminib is a BCR-ABL inhibitor. It’s made to treat CML that doesn’t respond to other treatments. It focuses on the ABL myristoyl pocket.
You can get it in two doses: 20 mg and 40 mg, both as film-coated tablets. Doctors usually suggest taking 80 mg once a day or 40 mg twice a day. The drug comes in bottles with 60 tablets each.
