Ribociclib is an inhibitor for cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6, and it’s used to treat breast cancer that has hormone receptors and no HER2. It works by stopping cells from moving forward in their cycle. These tablets have a film coating and you should take them once a day for 600 mg every 21 days during a 28-day cycle.
Each box of Ribociclib has 63 of these film-coated tabs. Each tablet is 200 mg and you take it by mouth. They come in blister packs to make it simpler to use.
