Capivasertib is an AKT inhibitor. It’s used to treat HR /HER2-positive breast cancer in folks with changes in PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN. It stops AKT signaling in its tracks.
You can get this med in two doses—200 mg and 400 mg pills. The usual dose is 400 mg, taken twice a day. You take it for 4 days and then take a break for 3 days.
Each bottle has 64 pills.
