Dacomitinib is an EGFR inhibitor used for treating Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. It works well for people with certain gene changes, like the EGFR 19 deletion and L858R mutation. Dacomitinib stops the EGFR pathway, which can lead to cancer growth.
You’ve got three dosages to choose from: 15mg, 30mg, or 45mg. The one they usually go for is 45mg, taken once a day. The drug comes in film-coated tablet form.
Each bottle has 30 tablets in it. That means a one-month supply is planned, since you take it every day.
