So, lorlatinib is one of those third-generation inhibitors for ALK and ROS1. Lorlatinib is for treating that kind of non-small cell lung cancer that’s spread, and it’s positive for ALK. You know, the kind that’s been treated with other ALK inhibitors already.
It works by blocking those ALK and ROS1 kinases, keeping the tumor from growing. There are two doses of lorlatinib in tablet form: 25 mg and 100 mg. The usual dose is 100 mg a day, you can take it with or without food.
